Service Scope
This is a private car wash and detailing service. Services are provided by appointment and include only the items described in the selected package or agreed before the work begins.
Vehicle Condition
Prices may change if the vehicle has excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, biohazards, heavy oxidation, unusual contamination, or other conditions that require extra time or materials. Unsafe or unsanitary vehicles may be refused.
Access, Water & Power
The customer must provide safe access to the vehicle and enough space to work. If water or electricity is required and not available, this must be discussed before the appointment and may affect the price or availability of the service.
Booking, Cancellation & Weather
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or unexpected delays. Please give notice as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If the service provider arrives and the appointment cannot proceed, a travel or cancellation fee may apply.
Payments
Payment is due when the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed in advance. A deposit may be requested for larger jobs, premium detailing, or appointments requiring special materials.
Liability
Every vehicle is handled with care, but pre-existing damage, worn paint, weak clear coat, fragile trim, loose parts, aftermarket parts, leaks, electrical issues, or previous poor repairs are not the responsibility of the service provider. Customers should remove valuables before the appointment.
Satisfaction
Please inspect the vehicle when the work is complete. Any concern should be raised immediately so it can be reviewed on the spot. Later claims may be harder to verify once the vehicle has been used or moved.
